WestCoastHIPEC is part of Oncology Associates of San Diego, a multi-specialty oncology group that provides oncology services for the Southwestern United States.

Dr. Robert Barone is Director of Surgical Oncology Services Sharp Healthcare and voluntary Professor of Surgery at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine and Staff Surgical Oncologist for Oncology Associates of San Diego.

Dr Barone introduced Cytoreductive surgery techniques to the West Coast and was one of the first in the United States and one of only a few physicians who performs (HIPEC) in conjunction with Cytoreductive Surgery.
